Association Of TeleServices International
ATSI is the principal national trade association that represents the telemessaging industry (live telephone answering, voice mail and teleservices). ATSI's main goal is to protect the marketplace for the industry by promoting high standards of ethics and service among its members.

Atlantic States Telephone Answering
ASTAA is an association of telemessaging service providers from Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland,New Jersey, Pennsylvania,Virginia and West Virginia. ASTAA's main goal is to promote the welfare of the telephone answering service in the mid-Atlantic region.

Professional Inbound Network
IN is a non-profit organization that provides memberships to all e-commerce contact centers, specifically to those specializing in inbound order taking.

Canadian Call Management Association
